We're looking for a Software Engineer II to join our ever-evolving Pricing and Billing team and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you'll own as the Software Engineer II - Develop and maintain .NET applications using C# and ASP.NET.
- Utilize AQT, Oracle SQL Developer and SQL Server Management Studio for database work.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.
- Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and maintenance of database systems.
- Conduct security code scans and fix vulnerabilities.
- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to other developers.
What you'll bring - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a .NET Developer with a strong focus on C# and ASP.NET (.NET Framework). Experience with .NET 8 is a plus.
- Experience with Javascript/Javascript libraries (JQuery).
- Proficiency in working with database tables and procedures to analyze data and logic.
- Solid Understanding of SQL (PL/SQL, DB2 SQL and T-SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
It's a bonus if you have - Experience with React is a plus
- Certification in .NET development or related areas.
- Knowledge around Cloud development (AWS) is a plus.
