Summary

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in cloud security, infrastructure architecture, and DevSecOps engineering.
Proficiency in Azure Government Landing Zones and CMMC Level 2 / NIST 800-171 compliance frameworks.
Experience with Terraform for modular Infrastructure-as-Code and remote state management at scale.
Experience in Microsoft Sentinel SIEM configuration, advanced KQL querying, and Logic Apps automation.
Experience with Azure hub-and-spoke networking, Firewall Premium, and private endpoint security.
Experience in GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines, OIDC authentication, and PowerShell automation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Architect and deploy secure Azure Government Landing Zones and hub-and-spoke network topologies.
Lead the end-to-end implementation of modular Infrastructure-as-Code using advanced Terraform modules.
Configure Microsoft Sentinel data connectors, analytics rules, and incident response automation playbooks.
Build GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines to automate cloud deployments through OIDC-based authentication.
Apply CMMC-aligned Azure Policies and remediate security findings within Microsoft Defender for Cloud.
Develop PowerShell and Azure CLI scripts for compliance evidence generation and configuration validation.
Map technical infrastructure configurations to NIST 800-171 controls and produce required system security documentation.
