Senior Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather, analyze, document, and translate complex business requirements into functional specifications and technology solutions for banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering through JAD sessions, stakeholder interviews, and Scrum meetings.
Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, data mappings, process flows, and user guides.
Translate business needs into technical/functional requirements and support UI/design, application development, testing, releases, and deployments.
Support data migration/conversion, COTS application integration, process improvement, and application enhancements.
Perform SQL/data analysis, testing, defect tracking, troubleshooting, and production support.
Collaborate with Business, IT, QA, Developers, Management, and Senior Leadership.
Work within SDLC, Agile/Scrum/Kanban and Waterfall methodologies.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements, security standards, quality expectations, and established SLOs.
Provide guidance to junior team members and communicate project statissues to management.
