.NET Technical Lead

Position: .NET Technical Lead  
Location: Holmdel, NJ  (Onsite)
Duration: 12+ months

JD:
Lead the technical delivery of application development and enhancement initiatives.
Provide technology leadership and guidance to development teams.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, clients, architects, and technical leads to clarify requirements and define solutions.
Coordinate with multiple technology teams to ensure smooth end-to-end delivery.
Drive solution design, architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical governance.
Track project deliverables, milestones, quality metrics, and productivity measures.
Handle technical escalations and coordinate resolution during major incidents and production issues.
Ensure adherence to development standards, security guidelines, and best practices.
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence across the team.
Support estimation, sprint planning, release planning, and deployment activities.
Identify technical risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Drive adoption of modern development practices, automation, and AI-assisted development tools.
