Job Details

As an Associate Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling a wide range of legal matters including Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability.
2. Representing clients in court, before government agencies, or in private legal matters.
3. Communicating with clients, colleagues, judges, and others involved in the case.
4. Conducting research and analysis of legal problems.
5. Interpreting laws, rulings, and regulations for clients.
6. Presenting facts in writing and verbally to their clients or others, and argue on their behalf.
7. Preparing and filing legal documents, such as lawsuits, appeals, wills, contracts, and deeds.
8. Developing strategies and arguments in preparation for presentation of cases.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this Associate Attorney position, you must possess:

1. A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Proven experience as an Associate Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
4. Extensive knowledge and experience in Commercial Litigation, General Liability, Personal Injury Defense, and Premises Liability.
5. Superior research and drafting skills.
6. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
10. Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
