Summary

Responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support for desktop, laptop, mobile, and collaboration technologies
  • Build, deploy, upgrade, and maintain Windows endpoints and related infrastructure
  • Manage user onboarding, access permissions, and endpoint provisioning
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and other scripting tools
  • Support meeting room technologies and workplace productivity solutions
  • Research and recommend new technologies to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with SCCM, MECM, Intune, or similar endpoint management platforms
  • Strong knowledge of Windows desktop administration and Group Policy
  • Experience with software packaging, deployment, and patch management
  • PowerShell scripting experience
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and mobile device management
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Preferred
  • Intune administration experience
  • Experience supporting macOS and/or Linux environments
  • Exposure to Windows Server administration
  • Additional scripting or programming experience
