Summary
Role Summary
We are seeking a Product Transformation Coach with deep experience in enterprise product transformation and healthcare payer domain. This is NOT a Scrum Master or Agile Coach role — the focus is on product mindset transformation, outcome-driven delivery, and stakeholder influence.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Transformation
- Coach product teams on defining product vision, roadmap, and outcomes
- Drive product transformation initiatives across large enterprise environments
- Promote outcome-based thinking (focus on user impact vs output delivery)
Product Discovery & User-Centric Approach
- Facilitate product discovery sessions
- Apply human-centered design and design thinking principles
- Identify user needs, market opportunities, and product gaps
Agile & Product Coaching
- Guide teams on Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe)
- Drive Agile maturity and product mindset adoption
- Remove organizational impediments and improve workflows
Stakeholder Influence & Alignment
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive buy-in for transformation
- Align business, product, and engineering teams
- Bridge gap between strategy and execution
Leadership & Mentorship
- Coach Product Managers and Product Owners
- Improve backlog management, prioritization, and product metrics
- Drive continuous improvement culture
Required Skills
- 8–11 years of Product Management experience (MANDATORY)
- Strong experience in:
- Enterprise Product Transformation
- Product Coaching / Agile Coaching
- Healthcare payer domain experience (Claims / Medicare / Medicaid)
- Expertise in:
- Product strategy and roadmap
- Product discovery techniques
- Outcome-driven product development
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Expert-level experience with Jira
Certifications (Required)
One of the following:
- CSPO / PSPO
- SAFe POPM
- Certified Product Manager (CPM)
- ACPMPO
Preferred
- Medicaid experience (Huge Plus)
- SPC (Scaled Agile), CEC, CST
- Rally / RTC experience
