Job Description (Posting).	Role - Migration Techno Functional Consultant Location - Secaucus, NJ(Remote) Must Have - Strong domain expertise in Enterprise Content Management (ECM), with hands-on experience using platforms such as OpenText, Documentum, FileNet, and similar tools Job Details: 10+ years of proven experience as a Techno Functional Consultant delivering enterprise-scale solutions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively engage both business stakeholders and technical teams. Extensive experience in requirements analysis, design, and implementation of complex applications using Java Spring and Microservices architecture. Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions. Hands-on experience with object-based storage systems, preferably ECS Object Storage. Strong expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases, including MS SQL Server, Azure Cosmos DB, and PostgreSQL. Experience in designing and implementing Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions. Exposure to Generative AI tools and AI-assisted development using GitHub Copilot. Extensive experience in application integration using RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of enterprise architecture, particularly for high-scale, clustered Java-based applications. Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve performance bottlenecks, and propose effective optimization solutions. Experience in designing and delivering solutions on cloud-native platforms, including Azure, AWS, OpenShift, and Google Cloud Platform. Strong domain knowledge in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems and platforms. Hands-on experience with DevOps practices, including automated build and deployment pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes. Proven experience working in Agile development environments. Expertise in preparing comprehensive project documentation, including SRS, design documents, unit test cases, deployment guides, and user manuals. Experience leading and coordinating large, geographically distributed teams. Strong knowledge of coding standards, design best practices, Git version control, and branching strategies.
