Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Associate Product Manager to support the ideation, development, and optimization of digital experiences across mobile and web platforms. This role focuses on card management and account management capabilities within a large-scale digital ecosystem. The ideal candidate is execution-focused, customer-obsessed, and energized by building intuitive, high-impact digital products in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment.
You will work closely with product managers, engineers, designers, UX researchers, analysts, and key risk and compliance partners to deliver meaningful enhancements that improve customer experience and drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the prioritization and development of new digital features and capabilities in close partnership with Engineering, Design, Research, Compliance, Legal, and Fraud teams
  • Contribute to the digital product strategy and support execution of the product roadmap with a strong emphasis on delivery and outcomes
  • Translate the product roadmap into clear, well-defined product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Identify customer pain points using qualitative and quantitative user feedback tools and convert insights into actionable product enhancements
  • Maintain and groom the product backlog, ensuring engineering partners have sufficient detail to execute effectively
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, platform teams, and external partners on new capabilities and channel transformation initiatives
  • Author and maintain business rules and functional documentation, refining requirements in partnership with engineering teams
  • Partner with cross-channel colleagues to ensure consistency, alignment, and a cohesive digital customer experience across platforms and markets
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions, experimentation, and ongoing optimization
  • Clearly communicate product vision, goals, expected outcomes, and high-level business needs to stakeholders and leadership

Required Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of experience in product management or product development, with a strong focus on digital products
  • Proven experience prioritizing and delivering new features in a cross-functional environment
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute to a product strategy and support execution of a roadmap
  • Experience translating business and customer needs into product requirements and user stories
  • Strong collaboration skills and the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an empathetic and customer-focused approach
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use both qualitative and quantitative insights to drive decisions
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude with comfort navigating ambiguity and complexity
  • High sense of ownership, urgency, and passion for building best-in-class digital experiences

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Qualifications
  • Experience with agile digital product development methodologies
  • Exposure to customer-facing digital products across web and mobile platforms
  • Familiarity with process flow mapping, process improvement, or operational efficiency initiatives
  • Working knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics)
  • Background in project management or cross-functional delivery environments

Pay and Benefits
