Job Summary

CVS Health is looking for an Analyst, Systems Engineer to join our Enterprise Technology team and support the adoption and day-to-day operations of the Anthropic Claude platform across the enterprise. This is a foundational role for someone who is technically curious, eager to learn, and ready to grow their skills at the cutting edge of enterprise AI. You will work closely with senior engineers to support integrations, troubleshoot issues, and help teams across CVS Health get the most out of Claude.

What You Will Do

  • Support the deployment and ongoing operations of the Anthropic Claude platform across business units
  • Assist in building and testing prompts, scripts, and lightweight automations under the guidance of senior engineers
  • Help onboard end users and teams to Claude, providing hands-on support and answering questions
  • Log, track, and troubleshoot issues reported by users, escalating to senior team members when needed
  • Assist with testing and quality assurance of AI workflows and integrations before and after release
  • Document processes, user guides, and best practices to support enterprise-wide adoption
  • Collect and organize user feedback to help the team identify improvement opportunities
  • Stay current on Anthropic product updates and share relevant learnings with the team

Required Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience and/or training in a technical role such as software development, IT support, or data analysis
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience (college interships or training are acceptable) with programming concepts, with some exposure to Python or JavaScript
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience navigating APIs and with a curiosity to learn how to build on top of them

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through on tasks
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • An interest in AI and a willingness to learn how large language models work in a real enterprise environment
  • Experience or coursework in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is a plus
  • Foundational knowledge of cybersecurity principles including data privacy, access controls, threat awareness, and secure data handling practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$29.72 - $65.36

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
