Location: San Jose, CA (Onsite)

Job description:
Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement & Supply Chain Consultant to support implementation, configuration, enhancements, integrations, data migration, testing, and production support across Oracle Fusion Procurement and Supply Chain applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement and Supply Chain modules.
  • Gather requirements and conduct workshops with Procurement, Supply Chain, Inventory, Finance, IT, and business teams.
  • Configure and support Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Supplier Portal, Supplier Qualification, Sourcing, Procurement Contracts, Inventory Management, Supply Planning, and Receiving.
  • Configure procurement business units, requisitioning BUs, document styles, approval rules, purchasing categories, catalogs, suppliers, sourcing rules, and receiving controls.
  • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes including requisitions, approvals, POs, receipts, returns, invoice matching, and supplier management.
  • Design and support Oracle Fusion approval workflows and BPM rules.
  • Develop functional specifications, configuration documents, process flows, test scripts, training materials, and user guides.
  • Support data migration using FBDI, ADFdi, Spreadsheet Loaders, and related Oracle tools.
  • Work with technical teams on integrations involving Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Suppliers, Tax, Banking, and third-party systems.
  • Support OTBI, BI Publisher, dashboards, and reporting/analytics.
  • Execute unit, SIT, regression, and UAT testing.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve Procurement, Receiving, Inventory, Supplier, Workflow, Reporting, and Integration issues.
  • Support cutover, go-live, hypercare, and production support.
  • Provide end-user training and knowledge transfer.
  • Collaborate with integration, technical, data migration, Finance, and Oracle Support teams.
  • Ensure solutions align with business controls, security, audit, and procurement policies.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Procurement / Supply Chain.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Purchasing and Self-Service Procurement.
  • Experience with Inventory Management, Receiving, Supplier Management, Sourcing, and Supply Planning.
  • Strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process knowledge.
  • Experience with Oracle approval workflows / BPM.
  • Hands-on experience with FBDI, ADFdi, and Oracle data migration tools.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion integrations and third-party applications.
  • Strong knowledge of OTBI and BI Publisher.
  • Experience with implementation, testing, deployment, and production support.
  • Strong stakeholder communication and functional documentation skills.

Preferred

  • Experience with Concur or other invoice automation solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery environments.
  • Oracle Fusion implementation and/or production support experience.
