Responsibilities
* Perform assigned day-to-day operations of the ServiceNow platform.
* Maintain the stability and usability of the platform across production and non-production environments.
* Perform application maintenance, including performance monitoring, error identification, and remediation.
* Support troubleshooting and resolution of ServiceNow platform incidents.
* Contribute to ServiceNow version upgrade execution.
* Manage ServiceNow instance security, including user/group access, administration, and access control lists (ACLs).
* Provide configuration assistance to ServiceNow developers.
Must-Have Requirements
* ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
* Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform and its products.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively handle client interactions.
* Hands-on experience with:
