Job Description Program Overview The Army National Guard (ARNG) Enterprise Network Operations and Cybersecurity Support (ENOCS) program delivers comprehensive enterprise IT infrastructure, WAN, cybersecurity, and associated services to the ARNG and its mission partners. The program supports more than 120,000 users and 141,000 endpoints across approximately 2,800 sites spanning 54 states and territories, enabling Title 10 and Title 32 missions, domestic emergency response operations, mobilization readiness, and classified SIPRNet operations.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Task 5 - Training Support - ensures ARNG personnel and G6 organizational staff maintain the knowledge and proficiency required to effectively operate and utilize enterprise IT systems, products, and services delivered under the ENOCS Task Order ENOCS TOR_2_25....968788.pdf. This task area is responsible for enterprise training capability development and delivery, daily training environment operations, student account management, and the development of instructional media and training videos aligned with product releases and system updates across the ARNG enterprise.
Position Summary ECS is seeking a Training Development Specialist - Journeyman to support the Army National Guard ENOCS program by developing and updating comprehensive training materials. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring that instructional content aligns with current software updates and operational changes, thereby contributing to the overall mission success. This position involves working closely with senior staff to maintain high-quality training documentation that meets TRADOC standards and supports the alignment of training content with approved system configurations.
Responsibilities - Develop and update training materials, including lesson plans and student guides, to align with current production baselines.
- Assist in revising courses to reflect software updates and operational changes.
- Ensure instructional materials are organized and formatted according to TRADOC standards.
- Support the development of training documentation that aligns with enterprise documentation controls.
- Collaborate with senior staff to ensure training content meets mission requirements.
- Maintain and update training materials to reflect system enhancements and operational changes.
- Ensure all instructional content supports approved system configurations.
Required Skills Required Qualifications - Clearance: Secret Eligible required
- S. Citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in developing and maintaining enterprise training materials within DoD or Federal environments
- Proven experience in developing and updating lesson plans and student guides
- Ability to assist with course revisions related to software updates and system enhancements
- Experience in maintaining documentation in accordance with TRADOC standards
- Demonstrated ability to align training content with mission requirements
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- Experience with DoD or ARNG training environments
- Familiarity with TRADOC standards and enterprise documentation controls
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in instructional content development
- Ability to work collaboratively with senior staff and stakeholders
