CrowdStrike is hiring an Engineering Manager for the Infrastructure team to lead and grow our global team of engineers focused on developing tools to deploy, observe, and maintain a first-class, highly available cloud platform at massive scale. This is a technical leadership role where candidates with strong engineering backgrounds in Golang and proven people management experience will excel. The Infrastructure Engineering Dev team is responsible for building and operating CrowdStrike\'s internal cloud management platform. As the Engineering Manager, you\'ll lead a small, remote-first team of full stack engineers building APIs and UIs in Go and TypeScript. Managing and mentoring a team of 3-6 full stack engineers Ensuring delivery of high-quality software solutions on schedule 3+ years of people management experience leading software engineering teams ~ Extensive hands-on experience in Golang with ability to provide technical guidance ~ Strong experience in TypeScript/JavaScript and modern web technologies ~ Understanding of Linux environments and cloud-native infrastructure ~ Experience operating within cloud platforms, preferably AWS ~ Knowledge of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices ~ Proven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. S. candidates is $140,000 - $215,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.
