Job Description

Responsible for the planning, execution, and oversight of the project from initiation to completion, ensuring it is completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality. This position involves mitigating risks and issues, collaborating across teams and departments, managing resources, maintaining core project documentation and records, and proactively communicating with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive the planning for and execution of the project, working directly with key stakeholders. Oversee daily project operations
Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan outlining objectives, timelines, and milestone deliverables
Oversee business requirements gathering, analysis and maintenance
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, maintaining and regularly reviewing the RAID (risks, actions, issues, decisions) log
Lead and coordinate the project team, assigning tasks and fostering collaboration
Drive cross-functional collaboration across teams to deliver the project, including subject matter expert coordination
Oversee testing efforts and ensure scope coverage
Document and regularly provide status updates
Develop and execute communications that provide clear, accurate, and timely project updates
Establish and facilitate a steering committee for governance
Coordinate and lead core project meetings
Translate concepts and data into concise, accessible information for all stakeholders
