Clearance: Active DoD Secret required

Take2 is seeking a RSA Archer Developer to provide application development support for a key mission-focused project. You will develop, implement, and troubleshoot RSA Archer instances and applications while collaborating with internal teams and government stakeholders. This role directly supports national security projects, creating applications and systems that enhance cybersecurity and government efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and troubleshoot RSA Archer instances and applications
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather system requirements and document configurations
• Design applications in RSA Archer's Advanced Workflow to streamline reporting and track vulnerabilities
• Create and update automated data feeds to enhance system information accuracy
• Integrate cybersecurity systems to Archer via API and data feeds
• Align production and development environments to ensure consistency and efficiency
• Update and automate compliance applications and develop account management programs in RSA Archer
• Provide training to new RSA Archer administrators and transfer expert knowledge of RSA Archer features and functionality
• Develop SOPs and other RSA Archer application configuration documentation
• Lead efforts to design deployable footprints for new projects and future RSA Archer implementations
• Perform operations and maintenance of existing Archer environments
• Install and upgrade Archer systems

Relevant Technologies:

• RSA Archer development and Advanced Workflow applications
• Compliance applications, account management programs, and system automation tools
• Risk Frameworks, ISVMs, CVEs, and FedRAMP

Minimum Qualifications:

• Active DoD Secret clearance (required in advance)
• 4+ years of experience with RSA Archer or similar systems
• 4 8 years of combined work experience
• U.S. citizenship required
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• Advanced knowledge of RSA Archer workflows and troubleshooting
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in RSA Archer (e.g., RSA Archer Certified Administrator, RSA Archer Certified Associate)
• Experience with application documentation and stakeholder collaboration
• Experience gathering requirements
• Project management experience
