Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Product Analyst IT Lead with strong PLM domain expertise in the Medical Devices industry and extensive experience with PTC Windchill. The role involves leading enterprise-wide PLM platform enhancements, managing globally distributed teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and maintaining the digital thread of product data across integrated systems.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of PLM domain experience.
- 5+ years delivering technical solutions by aligning business and technical stakeholders.
- 5+ years of PLM experience in the Medical Devices industry.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with PTC Windchill PDMLink and ProjectLink.
- 3+ years of experience with PTC Windchill MPMLink.
- At least 2 implementations of Windchill-to-ERP integrations.
- 1+ year of practical knowledge of relational databases and Oracle SQL.
- Experience leading globally distributed and remote teams.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies, including Scrum and SAFe.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand business challenges and translate requirements into user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and documentation.
- Evaluate technical feasibility and ensure alignment with existing PLM architecture.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between current system capabilities and proposed business requirements.
- Lead globally distributed development and testing teams, manage priorities, define scope, and communicate product roadmaps.
- Educate business stakeholders on PLM capabilities, system solutions, and data architecture.
- Lead production issue resolution, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Product and Platform Managers to align backlog priorities with business value and delivery objectives.

- Strong understanding of PLM solution architecture and product data management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives independently with minimal supervision.
