What You'll Do (Job Duties)
- Provide on-site engineering and technical support during construction activities.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, P&IDs, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, subcontractors, and field crews.
- Troubleshoot construction and design issues and recommend field solutions.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality standards and project compliance.
- Track project progress and field modifications, and update as-built documentation.
- Support commissioning, startup, and equipment performance testing.
- Prepare RFIs, redline drawings, and project documentation.
What You Bring (Qualifications)Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Industrial Engineering preferred. 3+ years of field engineering, industrial construction, or technical project experience. Strong understanding of construction methods, safety standards, and industrial systems. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics. Construction management software experience is a plus. Willingness to travel and work extended hours as project demands require. Valid driver's license with a clean record.
