ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct interviews and workshops with multiple stakeholders (Business users, Business analysts, client’s IT team, etc.)
  • Consulting / advising the best approach to solving client’s business requirements
  • Identify and address gaps between business requirements and system capabilities
  • Own business process documentation, such as requirements, wire-framing, process flow, etc.
  • Coordinate and manage stakeholders involved from ideation to delivery
  • Create master schedules to coordinate site creation/builds and enhancement roll-outs
  • Development of best practices for migration to Kentico 13 . Net Core
  • Database operations with SQL Server, T-SQL, and Stored procedures
  • Preparation of Technical Design Document(s)

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of work experience in content management applications
  • Minimum of three years of  Kentico projects and programming in Kentico. i.e. Proficient with Kentico CMS platform, preferably Kentico 12/13 Experience with customization of Kentico platform to suit application needs 
  • 3 to 5 years of exposure to complex software and web implementation projects
  • Digital marketing experience is required and exposure to marketing automation, multi-channel campaign management, social marketing, A/B testing, email campaign management, SEO, and search technologies
  • Familiarity with standard web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, etc.
  • Ability to write APIs, Restful
  • Familiarity with Digital Asset Management
  • Knowledge of Portal Engine and MVC development model in Kentico
  • Good understanding of the Digital Experience Platform (DXP) & Web Content Management (WCMS or CMS) industry in general with a particular focus on Microsoft .NET technologies, including MVC and .Net Core.
  • Solid understanding of Web development, information architecture, and related concepts and technologies
  • Solid understanding of Kentico or similar comparable solutions
  • Experience with design patterns
  • Experience of Integration with MS dynamics CRM is preferable
  • Ability to present ideas and solutions in business-friendly and user-friendly language.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities and strong verbal and written communication skills
