Contract Engineer Embedded Mid
Primary Location: Merrimack, NH
V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring a Contract Engineer Embedded Mid for our premier client Merrimack, NH.
Education and Experience:
- Expertise in C programming
- Experience with board bring-up and hardware-software integration
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bootloader, RTOS Kernel, and RTOS porting
- Experience debugging bootloader, kernel, and platform bring-up issues
- Familiarity with ARM-based architectures
- Hands-on experience with Free RTOS and MUC Bare Metal programming
- Strong Embedded Firmware and boot loader development experience
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Job Responsibilities:
- Embedded Firmware development RTOS and MCU absed products
- Work on RTOS for Hardware bring up and porting
- Participate in Design Reviews of the updated documentation with the extended software team.
- Support hardware validation and system integration
- Debug boot, kernel, driver, and peripheral issues
- Work closely with hardware, firmware, and product engineering teams
- Optimize system stability, performance, and power consumption
- Code review
- Coordination with offshore development team.
