Workforce Developer

Introduction

The Workforce Developer will be responsible for working with Workforce Software interfaces, Advanced Scheduler, and Configuration to support the company's workforce management system.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to build new configurations in the Workforce system
• Utilize Workforce Software interfaces to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Implement advanced scheduling techniques to optimize workforce resources
• Configure the Workforce system to meet the company's specific needs and requirements
• Provide support and training to end-users on Workforce system functionalities
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or errors within the Workforce system

Requirements

Required Skills:

• CT104 (Building New Configuration) certification
• CT103 (WorkForce Time Advanced Configuration) certification
• PT120 - WTA Database Schema Essentials
• PT125 - WTA Custom Report Development Essentials
• CT101 - WTA - System Troubleshooting
• CT102 - WTA - Configuration Maintenance 
  

• Experience working with Workforce Software interfaces
• Proficiency in Advanced Scheduler functionality
• Strong understanding of Configuration in workforce management systems

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience with Workforce application
• Knowledge of workforce management best practices
• Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
