Role: Power BI architect
Location: New Jersey (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Description:
Job Summary:
The candidate should have a strong background in business intelligence, data analysis, and visualization, with proven leadership skills to manage and mentor a team of BI developers.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and deployment of Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality BI solutions.
Implement data integration and transformation solutions to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the BI team.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in the BI/Analytics ecosystem.
Qualifications:
7-10 years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics.
Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI, Co-pilot, including report/dashboard design and data modelling.
Strong proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
Proven leadership experience, which includes managing and mentoring BI teams.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with agile methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Experience integrating BI solutions with applications and external data sources.
Certification:
Microsoft PL-300 Certified.
