Job Description

Job Title: Architectural Project Manager

Job Description:

Oversee and manage architectural projects from conception to completion
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met
Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines
Review architectural drawings and provide guidance on design and construction issues
Monitor project progress and address any delays or obstacles
Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to achieve project goals

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in project management within the architecture industry
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction processes
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve effectively
Proficient in project management software and tools
Knowledge of building codes and regulations
Certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus
