Title : AI Agent Engineering Lead / SDLC Transformation Consultant

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Engineering Lead to drive SDLC transformation using agentic AI workflows and AWS GenAI technologies. The role focuses on enabling AI-assisted software delivery, defining AI agent governance, integrating external tooling through MCP servers, and helping engineering teams adopt scalable multi-agent development practices.
Key Responsibilities
· Enable AI-driven SDLC workflows using Kiro, including requirement validation and automated JIRA story generation.
· Create and manage AI agent “rules files” covering coding standards, architecture patterns, and engineering constraints.
· Integrate external tools, APIs, and enterprise systems using Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers.
· Guide teams in adopting agentic workflows, including multi-agent collaboration and persistent learning systems.
· Produce technical documentation, system designs, and Mermaid-based architecture diagrams.
· Support developer productivity through CI/CD integration, automated testing, and AI-enhanced development environments.
Required Skills
· Hands-on experience with AWS GenAI services such as Amazon Web Services Amazon Bedrock and Amazon Q.
· Strong expertise in software architecture, system design, and technical documentation.
· Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Code OSS/VS Code environments, and developer tooling.
· Ability to translate complex business requirements into structured AI-agent implementation strategies.
· Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.
