Java Full Stack Developer

Job Description:

Role: Software Engineer (AngularJS, Spring Boot, SQL)

Location: Mississauga, ON (3 days onsite in a week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Analyze business and technical requirements and implement scalable solutions.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and application performance optimization.
• Identify and resolve application vulnerabilities and security issues.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Support production systems and troubleshoot application issues.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to development best practices.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and risk management requirements.

Required Skills:

• 2+ years of experience in software engineering, preferably in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong expertise in AngularJS, Spring Boot, and SQL.
• Experience with full-stack development, RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
• Knowledge of database design, query optimization, and application performance tuning.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
