We have the Urgent requirement for Windows Engineer at Alpharetta, GA - Long-Term Contract.
Role: Windows Engineer
Location: Alpharetta, GA

10+ years of experience in Configuring/Managing Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Windows and Amazon Linux/Windows servers and strong troubleshooting skills.
Expertise on Cloud (Google Cloud Platform/AWS)
Maintaining the stability, performance, and security of computer systems.
Configuring and troubleshooting network hardware and software.
Installing and configuring operating systems and applications.
Managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.
Participate in troubleshooting sessions with tenants/end users, providing guidance, direction, resolution, etc.
Join Incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed
Monitoring platform and taking actions to mitigate any performance or operational issues.
Perform basic troubleshooting of the OS (Windows and Linux), hardware, security agents, and VMs and perform escalations as needed
Perform patching/updating of OS (Windows and Linux), hardware (firmware), and security agents
Join Incident bridges, update tickets in an accurate and timely manner, and perform escalations as needed.
