Overview

Senior-level Network Engineer responsible for full lifecycle ownership of enterprise network infrastructure across a multi-location environment. This role leads design, implementation, optimization, security, and ongoing support of complex networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Own LAN / WAN / WLAN / SDWAN & data center network architecture

• Manage Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and security infrastructure

• Lead network design (IP strategy, QoS, routing, capacity planning)

• Oversee monitoring tools (SolarWinds or similar)

• Minimize downtime through proactive troubleshooting and performance analysis

• Participate in vendor coordination, cost analysis, and budgeting

• Maintain documentation, standards, and SLA reporting

• Participate in on-call rotation

Required Experience

• 7+ years enterprise network administration (multi-site)

• 4+ years senior-level experience

• Leadership experience required

• Strong firewall experience (Cisco ASA, Fortinet, etc.)

Technical Environment

• Cisco enterprise infrastructure (Nexus, UCS, NX-OS)

• Advanced routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP, HSRP)

• Network security (ACLs, VPNs, IPsec, Port Security)

• VMware, storage networking, multi-pathing

• Monitoring & performance tools
