Job Title: CRM Product Owner
Location: Richardson, TX 75082
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire (CTH)
Location Requirement: Must currently reside in the Dallas, TX area

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

• Understand and execute the defined CRM product strategy.
• Support roadmap development through analysis, estimation, and sizing.
• Maintain sprint-level roadmaps aligned with broader product objectives.
• Prioritize backlog items based on business value and strategic direction.

2. Backlog Management & Requirements

• Own and maintain a well-organized, prioritized product backlog.
• Develop detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Leads to refine stories before sprint planning.
• Ensure requirements address business needs, technical constraints, and compliance standards.

3. Agile Delivery & Accountability

• Own sprint-level delivery outcomes and quality.
• Manage end-to-end delivery across multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Prepare sprint reports, delivery metrics, and stakeholder updates.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Manage relationships with business and technology stakeholders.
• Act as the primary contact for requirement clarification and delivery updates.
• Collaborate with operational SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Coordinate UAT, training, and change management activities.

5. Data, Platform & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to enterprise data and platform standards.
• Identify data quality issues and communicate findings.
• Incorporate risk controls and compliance requirements into user stories.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture and governance standards.

6. Leadership & Mentoring

• Mentor and guide Product Leads in requirements gathering and backlog management.
• Provide process and technical guidance to junior team members.
• Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Delivery Management, or related technology roles.
• Hands-on experience with CRM platforms; Salesforce CRM experience is mandatory.
• Proven experience managing product backlogs in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong knowledge of user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements documentation.
• Experience managing business and technology stakeholders.
• Understanding of data structures, integrations, and system architecture.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and concurrent projects.
• Experience with risk, controls, and compliance in banking or financial services environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Finance, or equivalent professional experience.
• Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) experience.
• Knowledge of Person Accounts, Financial Accounts, and Household structures.
• Familiarity with Action Plans, Referrals, and Relationship Groups.
• Banking, wealth management, capital markets, or insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, KYC, and Regulation E requirements.
• Experience supporting relationship banking, commercial lending, treasury, or wealth management.
• Salesforce platform governance, including permission sets, profiles, sandboxes, change sets, and CI/CD.
• Experience mentoring Product Leads, Business Analysts, or junior Product Owners.
• Salesforce certifications such as:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Platform App Builder
  • Salesforce Certified Business Analyst
