Job Title: Change Management Lead

Location: Holtsville, NY 11742

Duration: 6 month contract with extensions/conversion

Schedule: Hybrid (3x Onsite)



Job Description


The role creates and implements change management strategies and plans for large scale, cross company business transformation projects. The role requires managing the change management tasks for multiple projects with varying complexities simultaneously. Contract role focus on hardware and software product lifecycle management and channel partner developer experience transformation projects.



Key Skills and Competencies:

  • Minimum Education: BA/BS from an accredited college or university.
  • Master s degree preferred. Commensurate experience accepted.
  • Minimum Work Experience (years): 12 years.
  • Relevant professional experience leading company-wide, large-scale organizational change management and communications projects. Global project experience preferred.
  • Experience leading change management tasks on acquisition integrations
  • Experience with and trained on change management and communications methodologies. Experience with Prosci ADKAR model, LaMarsh, or similar desired.
  • Proven ability to work with different stakeholders and teams in a global, multi-site organization
  • Experience interacting with senior leadership, such as business unit vice presidents. Experience interacting with C-suite executives a plus.
  • Work independently with little or no supervision
  • Experience coaching leadership all the way up the c-suite level on change management processes
  • Ability to think and act strategically to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and oral presentation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to successfully collaborate in a complex, cross-functional organizational model
  • Professional demeanor appropriate for key customer interactions, including interaction at the customer s senior level
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Solid project management skills, including ability to manage a portfolio of assigned change management projects
  • international experience preferred
