Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP APM / SAP Commissions Developer to join our team as a hands-on technical expert. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development, integration, and support of SAP Agent Performance Management (APM), formerly known as Callidus ICM.
This is a delivery-focused role requiring strong technical expertise, independent execution, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and distributed teams. You will play a key role in building scalable compensation solutions, troubleshooting complex issues, and ensuring high-quality system performance in enterprise environments.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM)
- Strong expertise in SAP APM configuration and implementation
- Proficiency in Groovy scripting
- Strong experience with SQL / PL-SQL
- Experience with SAP APM integrations and data processing
- Hands-on experience with Jasper Reports
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP Agent Connection
- Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, DataStage, SSIS, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Python
- Experience working in onshore-offshore delivery models
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and enhance SAP APM / SAP Commissions (Callidus ICM) solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical designs and implementations
- Develop and maintain Groovy scripts and SQL / PL-SQL logic
- Build and troubleshoot reports, including Jasper Reports
- Manage and support data integrations between SAP APM and other systems
- Analyze large datasets to ensure accuracy, performance, and data integrity
- Identify and resolve production issues and system defects efficiently
- Create and maintain technical documentation aligned with business requirements
- Collaborate with offshore teams, providing guidance and implementation direction
- Support client interactions for technical queries and issue resolution
- Mentor junior team members and promote best practices
