Title: SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultant

*Job Summary:*
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Functional Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP EAM solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance (PM/SM), with strong integration knowledge across SAP modules and hands-on experience delivering full-cycle S/4HANA implementations.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Lead full lifecycle SAP EAM implementations from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.
Conduct business workshops and blueprinting sessions to analyze current processes, identify gaps, and design future state solutions.
Configure SAP EAM modules (PM/SM, PS) to meet business requirements.
Translate detailed business requirements into system design documents and implement configurations in SAP.
Support plant maintenance and asset management transformation initiatives by delivering best-in-class solutions aligned with strategic goals.
Define and document functional specifications for custom developments, integrations, and data migration.
Collaborate with EAM architects and IT leadership to align SAP EAM solutions with enterprise technology strategies.
Serve as a liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and project stakeholders.
Identify and communicate business impacts of new technologies and enhancements.
Support change management, end-user training, and solution adoption.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement recommendations.
*Qualifications & Experience:*
Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP EAM/Plant Maintenance functional roles.
At least 2 full-cycle SAP implementations (greenfield or brownfield), including experience with S/4HANA EAM.
Strong expertise in configuration and solutioning across EAM modules PM, SM, and PS.
Experience in mergers and acquisitions with platform consolidation is a strong plus.
Deep understanding of integration points with other SAP modules (MM, FI, CRM) and 3rd-party systems.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of delivering scalable and sustainable solutions.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with planning, budgeting, and managing engagement risk and deliverables.
