Summary

Location: This position can start remote but have travel in the next few months to headquarters in Idaho, Georgia, Iowa or Missouri

10+ years of experience in SAP Manufacturing (PP) and business process consulting, partnering with business and IT teams to optimize end-to-end production and operational workflows that drive measurable value.
Proven track record in supporting large-scale ERP implementations, with deep understanding of MRP, Production Execution, Capacity Planning, Product Costing, and Quality Management integration across manufacturing functions.
Hands-on expertise in designing, testing, and implementing process improvements using structured methodologies such as Agile, Lean, DevOps, SWOT, and SAP BPI/BPM to enhance system performance and business outcomes.
Strong experience developing and managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Business Integration Testing (BIT) programs, ensuring smooth system changes and successful adoption across stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to build system roadmaps, document workflows, identify process gaps, and collaborate closely with Business Process Owners and leadership to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
