\n Own and drive one or more strategic delivery initiatives from inception through scaled adoption globally\n
\n Define initiative vision, success metrics, and roadmaps using working backwards (PRFAQ/narrative) methodology\n
\n Rapidly prototype solutions using AIDLC (AI Development Lifecycle) ship working prototypes in 45 day sprints\n
\n Transition prototype and beta solutions to General Availability (GA) via ProServe agents for long-term scale and maintenance\n
\n Build partnerships across AWS to align transformation with organizational priorities\n
\n Influence Director- and VP-level stakeholders without formal authority to secure resources and drive adoption\n
\n Measure initiative impact through portfolio-level business outcomes (adoption rates, cycle time reduction, margin improvement)\n

\nBASIC QUALIFICATIONS- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field\n
\n- 10+ years of IT and/or Management Consulting experience\n
\n- 3+ years of cloud computing experience\n
\n- 8+ years of spearheading strategic cross-functional initiatives that deliver measurable financial results and advance organizational objectives experience\n
\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS- Master of Business Administration or Master's degree in Computer Science\n
\n- Experience with AI/ML technologies\n

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
