CJA Architect (Customer Journey Analytics Architect)

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CJA Architect with strong expertise in Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-scale analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with business, data engineering, and marketing teams to define data strategies, architect analytics frameworks, and deliver actionable customer insights.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement end-to-end solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
* Define data models, schemas, and data ingestion strategies for customer analytics.
* Integrate data from multiple sources including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CRM, web, and mobile channels.
* Develop reporting frameworks, dashboards, and customer journey analysis capabilities.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions.
* Ensure data quality, governance, and best practices across analytics implementations.
* Provide technical leadership and support for CJA-related initiatives.
Required Skills:
* 7+ years of experience in Digital Analytics and Customer Data Platforms.
* Hands-on experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
* Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, attribution, and cross-channel analytics.
* Experience with data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud-based data platforms.
* Proficiency in SQL and analytics reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
Adobe certifications (AEP/CJA).
Experience with Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), and marketing technology ecosystems.
