Role Summary

As a Solution Architect for the SA Team, you will drive critical programs. You will evaluate existing system architectures, design robust end-to-end solutions based on business needs, and spearhead the modernization of telecom platforms. In addition to traditional OSS/BSS domains, you will architect forward-looking capabilities by integrating Generative AI (GenAI) and Agentic AI frameworks to automate complex workflows and enhance system intelligence.

What You ll Be Doing

• Solution Design & Architecture: Assess current system architectures and collaborate with delivery teams to recommend optimal solution designs that align with business requirements.
• Domain Ownership: Define comprehensive solutions across Pre-sales, Product Cataloging, Fulfillment, Order Processing, and Billing (OSS/BSS).
• AI Innovation: Design and integrate GenAI capabilities and Agentic AI frameworks into telecom workflows, enabling autonomous decision-making, intelligent agent orchestration, and cognitive automation within OSS/BSS ecosystem

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between geographies, collaborating with and influencing various stakeholders across US and India teams.
• Documentation & Governance: Create highly technical documentation and visual blueprints of end-to-end solution architectures, ensuring strict adherence to enterprise architecture standards.
• Strategy & Lifecycle Support: Contribute to long-term business strategies and technology roadmaps. Support the downstream delivery/deployment phases, providing technical guidance to teams for successful execution.

What We re Looking For

• Education/Experience: Bachelor s degree or four or more years of relevant IT work experience.
• Telecom Domain Expertise: Strong understanding of the telecom domain, including network components, topologies, devices, and OSS/BSS architectures.
• AI & Advanced Tech Proficiency:

o Solid conceptual understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Vector Databases.

o Familiarity with Agentic AI architectures (e.g., multi-agent orchestration, tool usage, memory retention, and reasoning loops).

• Estimation & Methodology: Experience in resource and effort estimation for complex, defined solutions. Strong foundational knowledge of SDLC practices, specifically Agile and SAFe Agile methodologies.
• Market Awareness: Keen awareness of technology industry trends to determine potential impacts on core infrastructure architecture.
• Communication: Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
