Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience to join our team in Georgia, USA. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce platform development, integration, and solution design, with a strong understanding of enterprise application architecture and best practices.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Aura Components.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and platform events.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Customize Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, flows, and security models.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while providing ongoing support and enhancements.
• Participate in release management activities, including CI/CD implementations and deployment planning.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the Salesforce team.
• Prepare technical documentation, including design specifications and deployment guides.

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a proven track record of delivering enterprise Salesforce solutions.
• Strong expertise in:
  • Apex Programming
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Visualforce Pages
  • SOQL and SOSL
  • Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
  • Salesforce Security and Sharing Model
  • REST and SOAP API integrations
  • Salesforce DX and source-driven development
  • Git-based version control systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Copado, Gearset, or similar platforms.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and distributed teams.
