Summary

Java Technical Lead -L3 Production Support Exp

Location: St.Louis, MO. (Onsite)

  • Lead technical delivery using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring Framework and REST APIs.
  • Refine user stories, provide technical estimates, and support PI/Sprint planning.
  • Provide technical guidance, perform code reviews, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive solution delivery.
  • Coordinate with Team Leads, Software Leads and Business Analysts for required technical/business sign-offs.
  • Support production applications, including incident resolution, RCA, monitoring and SLA/KPI adherence.
  • Strong Java/J2EE, Spring Boot/Spring Framework and REST API expertise.
  • Azure Cloud experience.
  • Technical Lead experience, particularly in L3/Application Support & Maintenance engagements.
  • ServiceNow/ITSM and ITIL knowledge.
  • SQL and stored procedure experience with Oracle or SQL Server.
  • Basic shell scripting; Dynatrace exposure is desirable.
  • Capital Markets domain knowledge is an added advantage.
