Required Skills

10+ years of Performance Testing / Performance Engineering experience
Experience leading end-to-end Load and Performance Testing engagements
Strong experience in workload modeling and performance test planning
Hands-on experience developing and maintaining performance test scripts
Experience executing Load, Stress, Endurance, Scalability, and Capacity testing
Strong application performance monitoring and root cause analysis experience
Experience preparing performance reports and presenting findings to stakeholders
Ability to lead a small team while remaining hands-on
Excellent communication and client-facing skills

Preferred:

Oracle PeopleSoft performance testing experience
Enterprise ERP application performance testing experience
