Job Details
IVR Developer with Dialog Flow
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy IVR systems integrated with Dialogflow and Google Cloud Platform
- Build and maintain XA-based solutions for availability and scale
- Collaborate with UX/product/engineering teams to define user flows
- Optimize IVR/NLP workflows and troubleshoot technical issues
- Ensure system reliability, security, and cloud compliance
- Document designs and participate across SDLC (Agile)
Must-Have Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in IVR/XA systems
- Strong hands-on expertise with Dialogflow and Google Cloud (Google Cloud Platform)
- Proficient in Python, Java, or Node.js
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, CI/CD, and NoSQL/SQL DBs
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with AWS or Azure
- Telephony protocols (SIP, WebRTC), Twilio, Genesys
- CI/CD, DevOps, or ML/NLP for Conversational AI
