We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Accessibility Supply Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. This role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by enhancing accessibility features in our listings, ensuring a more inclusive experience for all guests.

Responsibilities

Drive supply initiatives focused on enhancing accessibility features for guests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop actionable guidance for hosts regarding accessibility.
Execute workflows to collect and verify accessibility information from listings.
Identify and support new hosts from the disability community through targeted outreach.
Optimize the accessibility vetting process by incorporating innovative engagement tactics.

Skills

5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or supply operations.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively in ambiguous environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong stakeholder management abilities, with experience in cross-functional collaboration.

Preferred Skills

Experience in marketplace operations or similar roles.
Familiarity with accessibility concepts and connections to the disability community.
Knowledge of QA programs and operational tooling.
Vendor management experience is a plus.
