Program Manager Healthcare Hybrid

Vega Consulting Solutions Inc. is Hiring! Program Manager for our direct Health Care Client. Seeking W2 candidates with a strong Health Care & Product Management back ground.

The Selected Program Manager will manage end-to-end management of Digital Products from the initial kickoff to coordinating major launch milestones to maintaining and enhancing program performance over time. Guides clients through key decisions, communicates and coordinates activities internally and across departments. Works on new needs for process and improvements and identifies and articulates internal client needs to the technology team.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in business administration or healthcare related field.
• 8+ years of program/project management experience with focus on client and product implementation.
• Must have proven experience as a Change Agent, Must have strong SAFe, Product Management, Agile, Net Promoter Score, Customer Journey Mapping, Quantifying Value Metrics
• 4+ years in Healthcare, collaborating with Business and IT - providing Solutions.
• Strong leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
• Client implementation and product enablement
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills
• Strong working knowledge of change management principles.
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate and persuade customers, employees, and management at all levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment.
• Stakeholder management skills in large complex project/program with Internal and external teams preferred.
