Location: Miami, FL
Duration: 6 Months
Experience:7-15+ Years

Must-Have Skills

Experience: 5+ years in Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS) and 1–2 end-to-end OFS implementations.

Required Skills:

• Oracle Field Service Cloud (OFS)
• Routing & Scheduling, Dispatch Console, Capacity & Resource Management
• Work Order Management, Mobility Configuration
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs
• Workflow Configuration, Data Migration, Reporting & Analytics
• Oracle Fusion ERP integration (preferred)

Responsibilities:

• Lead Oracle Field Service Cloud implementation, configuration, and enhancements.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and deliver best-practice solutions.
• Configure workforce, scheduling, dispatch, work orders, and mobile field operations.
• Integrate OFS with Oracle Fusion ERP, SCM, PPM, Maintenance Cloud, and CRM.
• Support testing (SIT/UAT), production issues, cloud updates, and user training.
• Develop dashboards and monitor KPIs such as technician utilization, SLA compliance, productivity, and first-time fix rate.

Preferred Domain Experience:

• EPC, Utilities, Energy, Telecommunications, Infrastructure Construction, Power Delivery.
• Experience supporting large field-service organizations and enterprise transformation programs.

Education & Certification:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Oracle Field Service Cloud Certification preferred.
