Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Developer II to support an Information Systems team focused on Monitoring, Observability, and Pipeline modernization.
This role is ideal for a hands-on developer who enjoys working across the stack to build and improve development pipelines, automate processes, and support modern deployment practices. You’ll be part of a highly collaborative team that values flexibility, ownership, and a “swarm to solve” mentality.
What You’ll Do
• Develop and maintain applications and scripts using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript
• Support modernization of development pipelines and deployment processes
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Write and execute test code to support system reliability and performance
• Manage source control and deployment workflows
• Assist in migrating applications and pipelines from traditional VM environments to containerized platforms
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues across systems
• Participate in a shared on-call rotation (approximately 3–4 times per year)
• Contribute to a team culture that values collaboration, flexibility, and shared ownership
What You’ll Need
• 2+ years of experience in application development, systems testing, or related work
• Strong proficiency in Python and JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions and/or Jenkins
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and deployment practices
• Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and work collaboratively in a team environment
