Summary
- 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC).
- Strong hands-on experience with InsightWorks warehousing solutions.
- Proven expertise in warehousing and production transactions within Business Central and InsightWorks.
- Troubleshoot ERP transactions and handheld/scanner-related issues.
- Support and train staff on Business Central and warehouse processes.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of warehouse and production transactions.
- Work closely with IT, Finance, Procurement, Sales, Warehousing, and Production teams.
- Help the Arizona team become self-sufficient in performing and troubleshooting ERP transactions.
- Act as the onsite ERP subject matter expert for Business Central and InsightWorks.
