RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Atlanta, GA that is seeking a Project Manager for a hybrid role.
Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain the overall project plan, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, and key deliverables
* Coordinate activities across multiple teams to ensure work progresses according to schedule
* Track project risks, issues, and open decisions and drive them to resolution
* Keep stakeholders informed of progress, upcoming milestones, and potential roadblocks
* Identify gaps or delays early and work with teams to develop solutions
* Ensure project documentation and action items remain current and organized
* Support launch planning and post-launch follow-up activities
* Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for technology vendors supporting the project
* Coordinate work between vendors and internal IDS technology teams
* Facilitate discussions around integrations, system requirements, testing, and implementation activities
* Monitor vendor deliverables and escalate concerns when commitments are at risk
* Ensure technical and business teams remain aligned throughout the project lifecycle
* Work closely with leaders and team members across Marketing, CRM, Brand, Operations, Legal, Analytics, Customer Care, and Technology
* Organize and lead project meetings, working sessions, and status reviews
* Ensure stakeholders understand decisions, responsibilities, timelines, and next steps
* Build strong working relationships and help teams navigate competing priorities
* Provide clear and concise updates to project sponsors and leadership
* Help facilitate business requirements gathering and documentation
* Ensure requirements are clearly communicated to vendors and technology teams
* Coordinate testing activities and track resolution of identified issues
* Support readiness planning, training needs, process updates, and stakeholder communications
* Help ensure a smooth transition from implementation to ongoing operations
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5+ years of experience managing technology, digital, CRM, customer experience, e-commerce, or similar business initiatives
* Proven experience leading projects involving multiple stakeholders and external vendors
* Experience working with both business and technical teams
* Strong project planning, organization, and follow-through skills
* Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities simultaneously
* Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to issue management
* Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Azure DevOps, Monday.com, Asana, or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications:
* PMP, Agile, Scrum, or related project management certifications
* Experience working on customer engagement, retention, rewards, membership, CRM, or marketing technology projects
* Experience in QSR, retail, hospitality, franchise, or consumer-facing businesses
* Familiarity with customer data platforms, CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, or mobile app ecosystems
* Experience managing software implementation or platform migration projects
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
