About the Role

In this contingent role, you will partner with engineering and business stakeholders to drive complex, high-impact initiatives across large-scale software engineering efforts. You will apply strong technical and analytical skills to assess multifaceted engineering challenges, evaluate ambiguous or unprecedented factors, and deliver well-reasoned recommendations.

You will play a key role in shaping technical strategy, improving engineering processes, and supporting teams in resolving challenges that require deep knowledge of systems, policies, compliance requirements, and organizational context. This role involves close collaboration and consultation with client personnel to ensure solutions meet technical, operational, and business objectives.
Responsibilities

Provide technical consultation on complex, large-scale software engineering initiatives.
Review, analyze, and break down multi-layered engineering problems involving ambiguity or novel variables.
Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies that address long-term engineering challenges.
Support teams in meeting deliverables while ensuring alignment with policies, procedures, and compliance standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with client partners to drive clarity, alignment, and technical decision-making.

Minimum Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, or equivalent experience through a combination of professional work, consulting, military service, training, or education.
