Job Title: API Platform Engineer
Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months

Job Responsibilities
Hands‑on platform engineer who can own gateway stability, unblock teams quickly, and safely operate Kong in production.
Cloud Platform Expertise — Strong hands‑on experience with AWS and/or Azure, including compute, storage, networking, IAM, and serverless services
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) — Proficiency with CloudFormation and/or Terraform to provision, manage, and version cloud infrastructure programmatically
Networking & Security — Solid understanding of VPCs, subnets, load balancers, firewalls, DNS, and TLS/SSL, with an emphasis on secure, scalable architectures
Containerization & Orchestration — Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deploying, scaling, and operating containerized workloads and managing container registries
CI/CD & Automation — Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, with a focus on automation, reliability, and safe deployments
Monitoring & Observability — Ability to implement and operate logging, metrics, and distributed tracing using tools such as CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
Scripting & Programming — Working knowledge of Python, Bash, Go, or similar languages to support automation, tooling, and operational efficiency
