AaraTech Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst Healthcare to support healthcare reporting, analytics, and data quality initiatives. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy working with healthcare data, building reports, and delivering insights that support business and operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare data from multiple sources
Create and maintain reports and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Excel
Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze healthcare data
Support KPI tracking, trend analysis, and recurring performance reports
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs
Document report logic, metrics, and data definitions
Assist with ad-hoc analysis and business reviews
Required Qualifications

1 2 years of experience in Data Analysis, Reporting, or a related role
Bachelor s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Working knowledge of SQL
Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Understanding of data cleaning, validation, and basic analytics
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
