Computer Support Associate II
Location: Kingsburg, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 24-Month Contract with Possible Extension
Pay Rate: $30.00/Hour

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on IT support in a fast-paced enterprise environment. This role will be responsible for supporting end users, maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, deploying equipment, and ensuring reliable day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong desktop support experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting business-critical operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support for employees, contractors, and business partners.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and peripheral device issues.
  • Deploy, configure, upgrade, and replace desktops, laptops, printers, and related equipment.
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment provisioning.
  • Administer and support Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Manage Active Directory user accounts, permissions, and access requests.
  • Troubleshoot network connectivity issues, including wired, wireless, and VPN connections.
  • Maintain accurate inventory, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle records.
  • Support conference room technology, collaboration tools, and printing services.
  • Document incidents, requests, and resolutions using approved ticketing systems.
  • Partner with internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
  • Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and support records.
Required Qualifications
  • Experience providing desktop support or infrastructure support in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows operating systems, hardware, software, and peripherals.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 applications and services.
  • Working knowledge of Active Directory and endpoint management tools.
  • Basic networking knowledge and troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
  • Ability to perform equipment installations and move computer hardware when necessary.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms.
  • Asset management and inventory control experience.
  • Experience supporting manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft, or similar technical certifications.
