Skill Required :

• Extensive experience architecting and delivering enterprise VMware environments, including private cloud, hybrid cloud, SDDC, automation, networking, storage, security, and modernization programs.

• Deep expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation, vSphere, ESXi, vCenter, NSX, vSAN, Aria Suite, Horizon, SRM, HCX, Tanzu, VMware Cloud solutions, and related enterprise infrastructure technologies.

• Strong understanding of data center architecture, network virtualization, storage design, disaster recovery, business continuity, security controls, compliance requirements, and operational governance.

• Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical architectures and explain design decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

•  Experience leading technical teams, mentoring consultants, supporting architecture reviews, and driving complex technical decision-making.

•  Strong consulting, communication, documentation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.

•  Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector customer environments is preferred.

Certification:

 VCAP-level certification, VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Administrator VKS 9.0, VMware Certified Advanced Professional - Automation 9.0, VCP-DCV, VCP-NV, VCP-CMA/VCP-CO, VCP-Security, VCP-Tanzu/TKO, VCP-EUC/DTM/DW, VCIX, VCDX, or equivalent current VMware certification
